Individual Airports by Size
When NWDS provides the hosting and maintenance for an airport's ICAO compliant SMS program, the number of employees dictates the "one-time-licensing" fee and the monthly maintenance and hosting.
These licensing fees follow this schedule:
- 1-20 Employees
- 21-40 Employees
- 41-100 Employees
- 101-200 Employees
- 201-300 Employees
- 301-500 Employees
- 501-750 Employees
- 751+ Employees
Regional Airports with Satellite Airports
Regional data centers have an enterprise licensing fee associated with them. These fees account for an unlimited number of users and divisions. The Regional SMS Data Center serves one airport.
Satellite airports are included to the Regional SMS Data Center based on the following schedule:
- 1-20 Employees
- 21-100 Employees
- 101-200 Employees
- 201-300 Employees
- 301-500 Employees
- 501-750 Employees
- 751+ Employees
The initial licensing fee for satellite SMS Pro installations is less expensive than the hosted solution when purchased as part of the Regional SMS Data Center package.
Regional SMS Data Centers incur a recurring annual or bi-annual licensing fee equal to 20%. These license fees provide funds to support product upgrades.
